EXCITER

The quiescent current was set to 75 mA per transistor. Series and shunt feedback were adjusted and also the xformers pri-sec impedance ratios.

S-parameters, 0~100 MHz

2-tone 14/14.02 MHz span 0-100 MHz Pin= 1dBm, Pout= 20dBm. All harmonics are now 45 dB below the carrier or more.

2-tone 14/14.02 MHz span 13.9~14.15 MHz Pin= 1dBm, Pout= 20dBm, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th order productos shown, all of them are 45 dB below each tone or more.

Stability factor K. The stage is now unconditionally stable.
